Yes! - Assuming the item is unopened and unused we are happy to accept a return within 14 Days.

Please note. This excludes custom items that have been produced specifically for your order

Orders paid for before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders after this time may be dispatched same day depending on item, staffing and order loads. If you want your items dispatched on a specific day please let us know asap after ordering by contacting us. You can reply to your order confirmation email also if this is easier :)

To package livestock orders we use 2 double walled cardboard boxes and lots of blackwrap. We always send with at least 1x40hr heatpack.

Outside the box we use lots of tape (both normal and fragile tape). We also use plenty of labelling to help ensure your order is taken care of by Royal Mail.

The last big cost is the Special Delivery service we use to send your order. Royal mail are one of only a couple that are licensed to carry live fry.

As you can see, it's not a small effort to package and send live stock and unfortunately the costs are high. We welcome multiple lots and will combine shipping so you only pay one £15 no matter what you order.

Some of our items are not available for payment by Klarna. This is a decision by Klarna on some items they consider "high risk". Unfortunately this is out of our control. If you have an item in your basket which Klarna have deemed high risk then the option to pay by Klarna will not be available at checkout.

Collection can be arranged from our offices at a convenient time after purchase.

Please note we do not keep stock at our offices so please allow time for the items to be produced/brought to the office for collection.
